Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge is £5 per order. It may be possible to reduce this for small single item purchases, provided it has been agreed by us prior to placing your order.
You are welcome to collect your order directly from us in Forres. For this service please select the "FREE Local Pick-Up" option at the checkout and contact us to arrange a suitable day and time. If you live close to Forres it may be possible for us to deliver to you provided it has been agreed with us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Times
Except where indicated in the product description, items are dispatched within three working days of completing your order. For orders including an item with a longer dispatch time, the other items will be held until the full order is ready for dispatch. If we are unable to meet our delivery schedules we will contact you immediately to advise of an expected delivery date and offer a full refund if this does not meet your requirements.
Royal Mail request an allowance of 25 days before considering an item lost in the post. Please take this into consideration and allow sufficient time for delivery of your order.
Returns
Where possible we have provided sufficient information about our products to enable you to make an informed choice before purchasing. Please read the full product description before placing your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your products when you receive them please contact us immediately, we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund provided the products are returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging.
As far as possible each product is individually hand checked before dispatch. Please allow for the natural discrepancies of hand made toys. In the unlikely event of genuine damages please return the product in the packaging provided. Where possible we will repair or replace the item, if this is not possible a refund will be issued.
In all cases returns must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the item and sent in the same packaging in which they were received. Please contact us by email before returning your item. Delivery costs are generally non-refundable, however this is discretional on an individual basis. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items being lost in the post and we therefore recommend obtaining a free ‘proof of posting’ receipt from your post office when returning goods.
Discount Coupons
Discount Coupons are issued to individuals and are non-transferrable. Coupons may only be used once and within the restrictions stated when they were issued. Unless otherwise stated they are not valid on Playhouses or where other discounts and promotions are being applied. Inappropriate use of coupons will result in the order being declined. If necessary please order discounted items separately or save your coupon for use at a later date. If two orders are placed on the same day and can be combined into one delivery we will refund the additional postal costs.
