When stock runs low, products are removed from our website and set aside for events. These items will be marked as out of stock, however they may still be available in our event stock. Please contact us if you have found something you like as it can often be added back into our web stock or ordered/made for you.

Our event stock changes regularly and not everything is included on the website. If you have seen something at one of our events please do contact us so that we can make it available to you.


We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards through our secure online checkout service. Delivery charges will become visible after your delivery/invoicing address have been entered (see below for costs).

You will receive a confirmation message and an email after completing your payment. If you do not receive this please contact us to confirm that we have your order.


Standard UK delivery is within 10 w/days. If you need it sooner just let us know and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Overseas deliveries are not currently available.

Standard UK Delivery: £4.50 per order.
Local Pickup: Select this option if you want to pick your order up from us in Forres or at one of our forthcoming events.

Express Delivery: Please contact us for details before placing your order.


We provided as much information as possible in our product descriptions to enable you to make an informed choice before purchasing. Please read the product description carefully. Unless indicated otherwise our toys are suitable for age 3+ years. Please allow for the natural characteristics of wood and hand made products.

Each item is individually hand checked before dispatch. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund (less the handling costs) provided the products are returned to us undamaged and unused in their original packaging. If an item is damaged, we are happy to repair or replace it for you, if this is not possible a refund will be issued.

In all cases please contact us by email before returning your item. Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the item and sent in the same packaging in which they were received. We regret that delivery costs are not refundable except in extenuating circumstances.

Nok On Wood cannot accept responsibility for returned items being lost in the post unless a ‘proof of posting’ receipt can be provided.


The contact details you provide us with when placing an order are stored securely for the sole purpose of processing dispatch and maintaining our accounts. We do not use your details for marketing purposes and we do not share information with anyone else. Payments are processed through Stripe which means your payment is securely processed and we do not have access to your bank account details or credit/debit card numbers.
